Job Description

FreeDOM Data is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist responsible for the following:

  • Recruitment and placement of employees
  • Providing orientation to new employees
  • Workforce Planning and Employment
  • HR Development
  • Analyzing job duties
  • Overseeing current employee satisfaction and productivity

Daily job duties:

  • Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
  • Implementing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job portals and etc.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Interviewing applicants (via phone, video conference and in-person)
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Processing paperwork and maintaining databases.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and other processes 
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Administering health and life insurance, bonus system, training and development programs
  • Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys, employee reviews
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Ensuring that the workplace is always running efficiently.
  • Developing and administering team building programs

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaking and writing.
  • Professional, precise communication skills
  • A ProActive approach to work.
  • Being highly motivated and continuously strive for personal and professional improvement.
  • Experience in IT sphere HR and recruitment 
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment law, organizational development and best practices.

  • IT Domain Knowledge
